    1. Accounts for learners under 18 must be created by a parent or legal guardian.
    2. Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
    3. You are responsible for all activities under your family account.

  2. Acceptable use

    Use respectful language. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform.

    1. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or inappropriate content.
    2. No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated attacks.
    3. Do not share meeting links or restricted materials publicly.

  3. Payments and refunds

    Transparent pricing. Refunds are handled fairly under applicable policies.

    1. All fees are shown before checkout; taxes may apply.
    2. Refunds are available per course policy and within stated windows.
    3. Chargebacks for valid services may result in account suspension.

  4. Content and IP

    Course materials are for enrolled learners. Please do not redistribute.

    1. We retain rights to curricula, videos, code samples, and platform assets.
    2. Limited license for personal, non-commercial learning by the enrolled learner.
    3. Project work created by learners remains theirs; you grant us a limited license to display within classes.

  5. Safety and supervision

    Guardians supervise participation and ensure appropriate learning spaces.

    1. Ensure a safe, quiet environment for live sessions.
    2. We moderate chats and sessions but cannot guarantee all interactions.
    3. Report safety concerns to us promptly for review.

    We limit data collection to what is needed to deliver classes and support.

    1. We store account and progress data to run the service.
    2. You may request access or deletion of your account data, subject to legal obligations.

    Be kind, participate actively, and follow instructor directions.

    1. Usernames and avatars must be appropriate for kids.
    2. No sharing of personal contact information in public chats.
    3. We may remove disruptive participants to protect the class environment.

    We provide educational services “as is,” with commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime.

    1. No guarantee of specific learning outcomes or third‑party tool availability.
    2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
    3. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.
