- Accounts for learners under 18 must be created by a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities under your family account.

Acceptable use
Use respectful language. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform.
- No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or inappropriate content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated attacks.
- Do not share meeting links or restricted materials publicly.

Payments and refunds
Transparent pricing. Refunds are handled fairly under applicable policies.
- All fees are shown before checkout; taxes may apply.
- Refunds are available per course policy and within stated windows.
- Chargebacks for valid services may result in account suspension.

Content and IP
Course materials are for enrolled learners. Please do not redistribute.
- We retain rights to curricula, videos, code samples, and platform assets.
- Limited license for personal, non-commercial learning by the enrolled learner.
- Project work created by learners remains theirs; you grant us a limited license to display within classes.

Safety and supervision
Guardians supervise participation and ensure appropriate learning spaces.
- Ensure a safe, quiet environment for live sessions.
- We moderate chats and sessions but cannot guarantee all interactions.
- Report safety concerns to us promptly for review.

Privacy and data
We limit data collection to what is needed to deliver classes and support.
- We store account and progress data to run the service.
- You may request access or deletion of your account data, subject to legal obligations.
- We use cookies for essential functionality and improving the experience.

Class conduct and communication
Be kind, participate actively, and follow instructor directions.
- Usernames and avatars must be appropriate for kids.
- No sharing of personal contact information in public chats.
- We may remove disruptive participants to protect the class environment.

Disclaimers and limitations
We provide educational services “as is,” with commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime.
- No guarantee of specific learning outcomes or third‑party tool availability.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
- Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or risks to safety.
- You may cancel at any time; some fees may be non‑refundable as stated.

- Upon termination, your right to access materials ceases.
